Its simple and easy to use its only take a few minutes, You choose an appointment to see a clinician at a time that suits you. Our Clinicians can be booked to speak over a secure video call using your mobile in as little as 5 minutes.

2) Who are DirectHealth Clinicians?
DirectHealth are fully registered in Kuwait, our Clinicians have vast experience and are practising Clinicians currently working in PHC’s of Dhaman Health Assurance Hospitals.

3) How do I book an appointment?
Using our state of the art mobile application, just select New appointment - Select GP - Date - Time - Slot, once youre happy select book.

4) What hours do you operate?
Our Online Clinicians are available 6 days of a week between the hours of 10AM - 5PM a year in order to serve the customers at their ease of time.

5) How are my consultation recordings kept and who can see them?
To ensure DirectHealth provide excellent quality all recordings are encrypted. You can view the recording on your DirectHealth account under "My Appointments”.
